Full Service Property Management

At Bangs Real Estate, we have over 15 years of experience in commercial and residential property management and currently manage over 160 commercial, residential, and HOA units. Our team of experts has the knowledge and skills to manage your properties so you can relax and enjoy being an investor.

We charge an 8% monthly management fee and if we need to list the property on the MLS we charge a $350 fee that is paid to a selling agent if they provide a qualified and accepted tenant.
